High Blood Pressure: Natural Remedy Alias Hypertension 101

Are you tired of all those expensive medications which do nothing good but lighten your wallet and sometimes even hurt you? Then you should try these four easy, all-natural remedies for curing high blood pressure without drugs.

1) Drink water

Oh no, another guy talking about drinking water, I hear you saying. Well, if you know it already, why aren't you doing it? I know it isn't any pleasant to stop drinking all those tasty(but nasty!) juices full of sugar and start drinking water instead. But it pays.

2) Eat well

Stop eating foods that are high in saturated fats and cholesterol and start eating fruits and vegetables instead. You should also take care about your salt intake, as salt is known to increase blood pressure.

3) Exercise

Hypertension is a strain on the heart. And that's why you need to strengthen it. So instead of watching the TV all night long, do some exercises. 15-20 minutes a day will do it.

4) Relax

Many people(if not all) notice a temporary raise in blood pressure when they are stressed, i.e. something goes wrong. Relax, stressing won't help you! Rather try going off for a walk or listen to some relaxing music.
